Dark Side Festival

The third-annual Dark Side Festival will be held from 10 a.m to 12 a.m., Saturday, Sept.30, 2017, at Squilchuck State Park featuring a mountain bike race and a beginner skills clinic during the day, and mountain bike rides and trail runs during the evening hours. There also will be live music, a beer garden and food by Smoke Blossom. Weekend camping is available.

Tickets are $20 per person pre-event (online only) and $25 per person the day-of at the state park. For the price of admission, you get to partake in multiple activities during the day. Adults 21 years and over will receive one free beer, too.

Proceeds benefit local trails through the new Wenatchee Valley TREAD organization!

Because the venue is a state park, anyone parking a car will need a Discovery Pass. Park rangers will be on hand and will issue fines to anyone without a Discovery Pass.

Weekend camping at the state park is available for $20. Contact Steve Johnston at dracemon@hotmail.com to reserve a camping spot.

Come for a race, a ride or a run. Or come just for the music and beer and food. No matter what you partake in, you’ll end up clamoring for more — and helping a great cause!
