Adult MTB Foundations Level 1

Are you new to mountain biking?  Or do you need to brush up on your skills?  MTB Foundations is the place to start building your confidence on 2 wheels.

This class will focus on:

  • Learning body position on balance
  • Proper braking
  • Climbing and descending techniques
  • Gearing and shifting
  • Approaching obstacles/front wheel lifts

Women’s Adult MTB Foundations Level 1

Date: June 29, 9-noon
Location: Ski Hill, Leavenworth

Location: Squilchuck, Wenatchee|

Minimum Age: 16

Evergreen’s MTB Foundations Level 2 caters to the intermediate rider looking to increase confidence on more technical trails.  While Foundations Level 1 is a highly recommended prerequisite, experienced students are always welcome to join.  

This class will focus on:

  • Review of body position, balance, braking and descending
  • Cornering

Adult MTB Foundations Level 2

Date: July 14, 9-noon
Location: Ski Hill, Leavenworth

Minimum Age: 16

Evergreen’s MTB Foundations Level 2 caters to the intermediate rider looking to increase confidence on more technical trails.  While Foundations Level 1 is a highly recommended prerequisite, experienced students are always welcome to join.
