Wednesday Work Parties At No. 2 Canyon
Join us each Wednesday for maintenance work on trails at No. 2 Canyon
Trails around Number 2 Canyon are in need of some maintenance, such as brushing and brake bump removal. We will have up to 2 work parties each Wednesday focusing on brushing, drain cleanup, tread repair, and trail tuning.
Meetup Location: Container located at the Martin Ranch Clearing, No. 2 Canyon
Directions: From Wenatchee head West on Number 2 Canyon Road approximately 5 miles to the lower trailhead/gate. Hike or Pedal past the gate on the road up to the container.

Time: 5:30-7:30

What to expect:
- No experience necessary
- All tools will be provided
- Meeting new and exciting people
- Snacks and Bottled Water is available at meetup
- Expect to be physically active and work at your own pace. This is meant to be fun, as well as rewarding!
- Uneven terrain, rocks, root snags.
- All warm and tingly inside for knowing your help makes a difference!
What to Wear:
- Clothing for weather conditions.
- Sturdy Footwear, boots recommended
- Long work pants
- Long-Sleeved Shirt recommended
- Work Gloves if you have them, some gloves available on request
- Eye Protection Recommended, Safety Glasses available on request
What to Bring:
- A backpack to carry your personal gear, water, and snacks
- Layers for conditions
- Snack's if you have dietary concerns or food allergies
- Yourself, a friend, the family! The more the merrier!
From Wenatchee head west on one of the main city streets until you reach Western Ave. Turn South (left) onto Western Ave. Western Ave will turn right and becomes Number 2 Canyon Road. Follow Number 2 Canyon road for 5 miles to the open gate. Continue through open gate 1/4 mile more to the new parking lot with the bathroom.
